2a) If the customer that needs to see dentist is 16 years old and above, please click  "Customer 16 years old & above click here" to  see the services available and their respective pricing.
2b) If the customer that needs to see dentist is below 16 years old, please click  "Customer less than 16 years old click here" to see the services available and their respective pricing.
3) And you'll be directed to the subsequent date, time, fill in information...... process straight away.
