How Work is Done Here
Our clinic is organised around workflows, not random tasks.
This means you will learn one area at a time and understand how your work contributes to the bigger picture.
For example, when assisting during a procedure, you may learn how to:
  • Handle suction
  • Help the patient feel comfortable and reassured
  • Keep the working area clean and safe
  • Prepare for the next step of treatment
These are not separate, scattered duties. They are part of one meaningful responsibility: supporting safe, calm, and effective patient care.
You will not be expected to manage everything at once. We help you grow step by step.

Your Responsibilities
These responsibilities are situational and will not occur all at the same time.

Clinical Assistance
You will support the dentist during procedures and help create a calm treatment experience for patients.
This includes:
  • Assisting during dental treatments
  • Helping with saliva management
  • Supporting situations involving minor bleeding
  • Helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for

Cleanliness & Clinic Readiness
You will help maintain a professional and reassuring environment for every patient.
This includes:
  • Keeping clinic areas clean
  • Maintaining shared clinic spaces
  • Preparing the room before and after use
  • Making sure each patient enters a clean and organised space

Instrument & Sterilisation Workflow
You will be trained to handle used instruments safely and follow proper sterilisation steps.
This includes:
  • Cleaning instruments
  • Rinsing and drying
  • Packing instruments
  • Sterilising according to clinic workflow
Your attention to detail directly protects patient health and safety.

Inventory & Preparation
You will help ensure materials are prepared and available before procedures.
This includes:
  • Restocking items
  • Preparing materials for treatment
  • Checking that things are ready before they are needed
  • Helping treatments run smoothly and confidently

Simple Documentation After Training
Once you are trained with a workflow, you may help create simple guides for the team.
This may include:
  • Step-by-step notes
  • Simple photos
  • Short videos
  • Clear instructions for repeated tasks
This helps future team members learn faster and feel more supported.

What We Do Not Expect
We understand that job descriptions can look overwhelming on paper.
In real daily work:
  • You will be trained before working independently
  • You will focus on one workflow at a time
  • You will not be expected to handle everything at once
  • You will receive guidance as you improve
  • You can communicate early when you face difficulties
Our goal is to help you work properly, confidently, and proudly — not to overload you.

Who This Role Is Suitable For
This role may be a good fit for you if you:
  • Are comfortable working in a clinical environment
  • Can handle saliva and minor bleeding as part of patient care
  • Prefer clear, step-by-step work
  • Are willing to learn and improve over time
  • Take responsibility for completing tasks properly
  • Communicate early when you need help
  • Care about cleanliness, safety, and patient comfort
  • Want to grow in a stable and supportive team environment
