We operate a structured appointment system because dental care done well takes time. When you book a slot, that time is reserved for you — which lets us prepare your records in advance, examine without rushing, and discuss findings properly. This is why we don't accept walk-ins.

What happens after you book
- Immediate confirmation email with your appointment date, time, and clinic address.
- For first-time patients, we'll send our intake forms (medical history, contact details) ahead of time so you can fill them in at home — saves you time at the clinic.
- 24 hours before your appointment, we send a reminder via WhatsApp or email.
- On the day, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so we can verify your details and settle you in calmly.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice via WhatsApp or our online booking system. See our Booking Policy → for full details.

How do I book an appointment?

No. All appointments are by booking only. This is what allows us to give you focused, unhurried attention without others waiting. If you have a dental emergency, please call or WhatsApp us at 016-602 0822 and we'll try to fit you in same-day.
How far in advance can I book?
Up to three months ahead. Most appointments are bookable within 2–4 weeks. If you're flexible on time, you'll usually find a slot within the week.
Can I book for someone else (my child, my parent)?
Yes — please use the booker's contact details for confirmation, but include the actual patient's name when booking. For minors (below 18 years old), the booking adult must accompany them to the appointment and provide consent for treatment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice — via WhatsApp, by phone, or through our online booking system. See our Booking Policy → for full details.
What if I need an emergency appointment?
For dental emergencies (severe pain, broken tooth, swelling, trauma), please WhatsApp or call us directly at 016-602 0822 rather than using the online booking system. We make space for genuine emergencies during clinic hours. For after-hours emergencies with severe symptoms, go to your nearest hospital A&E.
Do I need a referral to book?
No referral is needed. Any patient can book directly through Toothie Dental's online booking system, by WhatsApp at 016-602 0822, or by phone at the same number.
Can I book in Mandarin?
Yes — our team speaks English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. The online booking system is available in both English and Mandarin. You can also WhatsApp or phone us in any of those three languages.
