Dr. Lee Zuo Loong believes in Theodore Roosevelt's words very much. Even though he has treated more than 200,000 patients, he remains humble and caring. He realised that the majority of patients need practical solutions for their dental problems. Hence, he incorporates the fundamental principles with the advance ideas he picked up from the advance dental courses he attended, to become basic practical solutions for patients. Practicality is the key to address the basic need of patients, he keeps saying that. Maybe that's one the reasons why many of our patients describe him as "a man with warmth" (暖男), because they felt he listens, and he understands their needs.

Despite the stiff competition in Selangor, Dr James decided to leave East Malaysia in 2019 and came back to serve the local community in Selangor. He wanted to be near his aging parents, and he knew it takes time to build his reputation. He is doing it slow, but doing it right.
